A prolific songwriter since age 7, Ronnie Simon, a.k.a. Don Ron is a natural-born entertainer, highlighting the juxtaposition of good humor and class in his lyricism with the grace and dignity of his delivery. His heartwarming crooning and expressions of passion are his signature staples, along with a deep, hypnotic baritone register. Don Ron has performed in the "World Famed" GSU Marching Band, the Apple Nelson Quartet, FP, and numerous other ensembles. Don Ron now performs with "The Kushites" & "Dark Comedy," a Los Angeles based Hip Hop/R&B group, with shows in Hollywood and the Greater Los Angeles area. Don Ron has performed for stadiums in Texas, Alabama, Washington, Mississippi, and all over Louisiana. Don Ron has also gotten into television and film, composing for feature & indie films, and an animated tv show. Positions held include being Regional Director of Zobe, Casting Director of "American Soldier", Author, Vocalist & Saxophonist for The Justin Walker Quintet, Dark Comedy, The Kushites, Destiny Christian Center International, New Birth Destiny Christian Center, and New Generation Gospel Group. He is currently CEO of Hey Society (Stipio.com), an influencer marketing firm.
